Or maybe they're just starting to hit Illinois. They called me..or the automated system rather, and gave me the "Real estate downturn pitch, so we'll make you rich". I'm a Realtor, and yes, the real estate market is bad right now...unless you can get in a niche. If you can, the sky's the limit. Nice blog by the way... Carry on! Well, they’re at it again.
