Framed
I finally have some of my work on the walls in the house. And yes, I took pictures of it. That’s right, I took pictures of my pictures. Mainly just to show the size on the wall, but I thought the whole obssesive angle was fun too!
We went down to Flower Mound, TX today and I stopped at Aaron Bros Framing. Wow, they were fantastic, cheap and huge selection. These are the results.
We also went and looked around Bass Pro. Unfortunately their huge selection of boats they had last year this time has dwindled down to almost nothing. Leah and Christy had fun though.
Tonight it’s lazy time, tomorow we’re going to paint Christy’s kitchen, and probably do yardwork and then be lazy some more. Yay Lazy weekend!

Great pics! I have pictures that I’ve taken framed on my wall as well, but I converted them to b&w before printing them. Leaves a bit more of an impression, a bit more stark.

both of those shots actually look very good in black and white, but it’s just not my taste.

Oh I’m with ya, and given your earthtone colors on the walls, a bit of color is a good thing. It wouldn’t be as good in b&w.
