Wearing thin
I was going to rant about some work stuff, but I thought better of it. I’ll just say I’m pretty annoyed, thankfully it has nothing to do with my company or the people I work with!
Visual Studio has been treating me better. It’s still pretty sluggish but the hotfixes I applied last week seem to have taken care of a number of little annoyances. My projects are going pretty well, down to very minor or strange circumstance errors for the most part. I’m about to finish up a side project I just started last week; It will be nice to have something done and shelved for once.
The house is coming along nicely. They may start bricking next week. Right now they’re focusing on interior work: Electrical, pest control, plumbing. I expect there will be a time set for the pre-drywall meeting in the next couple weeks. I think we may get into the house mid May.
A side business venture is picking up steam. The initial interest is very encouraging, and I can’t wait to get something up to start testing/showing. I think it has real potential. Coinlogic is coming soon.
I haven’t had much energy in the evenings lately, I have a batch of photos to go through and upload from last weekend still. I did get an excellent photoshop book for my birthday, and have already picked up some nice techniques. I hope this will help me make my prints even better, or salvage some shots that previously I didn’t think were print-worthy.
