My bank is incompetent
I’ve tried to change our address several times (I think 5 maybe counting Leah’s attempts) since April of this year. It’s still wrong on our debit cards. It’s right on our bill, we receive bills at the new address, but the debit cards are wrong, so won’t verify if anyone pays attention.
Ironically EVERY time I call them up they claim to have NO RECORD of our new address… even though that’s where they send our statements!
Washington Mutual: Don’t bank there!
Also, good excuse to use new angry/serious icon!

Oh I don’t know if I should laugh or cry, this is from I think tuesday in the mail.

That’s from me changing the address via phone last week. Obviously written confirmation for something that apparently never occured!
